These translucent (natural) polypropylene 1.5mL microcentrifuge tubes (microtubes) are ideal for storing and using daylily, or other flower, pollen. They have an attached snap-on flat cap. The name, or initials, of the flower can be written on top of the cap (with a fine point permanent marker), and on a small frosted area on the side of the tube.
These tubes measure 10mm x 40mm, or 3/8" by 1-9/16".
These non-sterile microcentrifuge tubes are graduated and are designed for centrifuge use in the laboratory. They can be autoclaved to 130 degrees Centigrade.
